The National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC) is pleased to invite researchers, innovators and professionals working across the alternative protein ecosystem to join our upcoming training session, Decision-Making in R&D: Focus on the Alternative Protein Sector.

Effective decision-making is critical to successful research and innovation. This interactive workshop will explore key decision-making principles and examine common challenges faced throughout the R&D process, from early-stage research through to commercialisation.

Through a combination of case studies, practical tools, group discussions and interactive exercises, participants will:
