INDUSTRY MEMBERSHIP
NAPIC was co-created by the UK’s alternative protein community and partnership is a cornerstone of NAPIC with industry/academic collaboration integrated across all our Activity Streams. We currently have a diverse range of partners across the different alternative protein sectors and focus areas, ranging from micro SMEs to some of the largest companies in the world. Most of our partners are UK based but we have a growing international network to ensure our global relevance and reach.
Partners interact with NAPIC through a range of mechanisms including:
- Collaborating on funded agile (direct/in-kind) projects and attending co-creation workshops.
- Co-delivering/attending NAPIC technical, regulatory and entrepreneurial training and workshops.
- Making their innovation facilities available to NAPIC partners.
- Hosting visits and placements.
- Contributing data and expertise to the National Knowledge Base.
- Advising NAPIC on our progress, strategic focus and innovation challenges.
- Being a NAPIC ambassador.
